Alternatively, if you wish to engage in a community discussion with other people, there are many active forums available. There is also an active, fan managed GENELEC COMMUNITY in Facebook, and many Genelec employees are active in the discussions there.

We are sorry for any possible inconvenience this may cause you, but we hope to hear from you through the other channels mentioned above.

Store Group Settings error

Youngling Viestejä: 7 Liittymispäivä: 24.5.2016 Viimeisimmät viestit

Hi! I am trying to store group settings to speakers but I am getting error message saying: Access violation at address 000BDB27, accessing address 000001A4.

What could be the problem?

GLM version 3.1.1  and SAM file in attachment.

Side question, is GLM 3.1.1 compatible with Mojave?

Best regards,

Artis

Followup information, if someone has the same problem. I slowed it with complete clean reinstallation of GLM. Not only removing files from Application folder, but from booth System and User Library folders as well. Made new group from scratch and was able to store settings to GLM. Now I don't need to run GLM in background anymore.
