I bought a pair of 8361A to sit on top of a pair of W371A.

I was happy until one of the 8361A stop to worked. After the usual discussion with Genelec support, the speaker was shipped for repair.

That was end of May. 

I am very very unhappy that it takes so long to get a flagship speaker repaired. My question to you: is that a common occurrences? how long did it takes to get a speaker repaired?
