Genelec 8351 cone deformation?

Youngling Viestejä: 1 Liittymispäivä: 10.1.2012 Viimeisimmät viestit
Hi i notice one of my 8351s' cone looks different to the other one.It seems like a kind of deformation happened around the rim of the cone.(bottom right of the pic). Should I worried about it or it just happened during the production naturally and will it affect the sound quality?

Thanks

Hi,

Could you let me know the serial number of the loudspeaker unit? Also where are you located?

 Hi erazedfx,

Can you tell me what did they tell you about the possible deformation? Because I noticed it as well in my pair of 8351' s, but I don't know if it is normal or not. Hope to hear from you soon!

Best
