The different functions like mute, level control, presets etc. are running fine. Do you think I should still shift to GLM 2.0? Will the system remain stable if I run it on GLM 1.5?
I don't think we have tested it like that but it seems to be that the calibration is the operation that doesn't work on Yosemite. You should let it run now and see if you encounter any problems. Let me know how it goes!
