1029A's and my home stereo

Hi --
I have a pair of 1029A's that used to be hooked up to a video editorial system. I've sold the system, and I'm curious if it's possible to hook the 1029A's to a simple home stereo system. No dolby, no surround, just left channel & right channel.

I have an integrated amp -- a Denon PMA-757, 80W per channel, which accommodates 2 pairs of speakers.

Thanks for any help or hints!

Hello,

It is indeed possible to connect active speakers to a power amplifier outputs but it requires special attenuators in between. For more information: http://helpdesk.genelec.com/index.php?/ ... -amplifier
