Placing 8030A in the corner of the room

Hi!

I have recently bought a pair of 8030A's. Since i have very limited space in my apartment i only can place my monitors in the corner of the room. (I kow it is a bad placement but I have no choice)
In the instructions it is recommended that I make a bass tilt -6dB with this placement. Is it this the only setting i have to change for this setup?

I am not allowed to put up anything on the walls or move the table out from the wall. What I could do is to buy table stands to avoid sound reflections from the table. So the question is also how this would affect the sound of the speakers?

Here is how it looks like:

Hi!

You should start with -4 dB bass tilt setting and try how it sounds. If the bass still feel too heavy, move up to -6 dB tilt.

You should definitely invest in table stands. Here you can see how much flatter frequency response you will get get with them.

Thanks a lot. I will try that together with table stands.
