8020b not working

Dear All,

We received our 8020b both of them and it doesn't work, I can see that a green light should appear but it doesn't appear green.

Tell me if i have to install anything or do anything.

I have a pc, adobe master collection with matrox mxo2

A few things to check:

1) There is a main power switch on the back side of the speaker, next to the XLR input connector. Is it ON?

2) Does the speaker have its main power cord connected to the wall outlet and do their voltages match i.e. if you live in 230 V country, the speaker should be 230 V too.
