The time has come for us to retire the community forums, but we will keep everything available for reading. There is a lot of valuable content written over the years, and you'll be able to access all of that. However, no new posts can be written, or old posts modified.

Alternatively, if you wish to engage in a community discussion with other people, there are many active forums available. There is also an active, fan managed GENELEC COMMUNITY in Facebook, and many Genelec employees are active in the discussions there.

Dear Genelec team,

Is it relevant to send you our Genelec products' serial numbers ? This solution isn't possible on your website : no special form. Maybe you don't work like this. :?:

Thanks for your post. Genelec does not register product serial numbers directly from our end-user customer base. So, you do not need to send us your serial numbers. Our full warranty conditions apply for all new units as we have ways to track each and every monitors we manufacture to best service each customer. We also provide service and spare parts availability for at least 10 years after the purchase of any of our product.
