Serial Number Confirmation

Serial Number Confirmation

At 2010 the company where I work bought 4 genelec 8020 speakers but in the invoice provider the specify the serial number as 

L500075664, L500075673, L500075680, L500075681, in our inventory we have 71 Genelec Speakers but none of these speakers the serial number starts with "L". Are they a valid serial number?

Hi Monroy,

These serial numbers doesn't sound genuine Genelec serial numbers.

To confirm this, could you send a picture of the serial numbers to service@genelec.com and I'll get back to you!

Thank you Jani, I will contact the provider first in order to clarify the serial number issue, it seems the provider took another number in the box as serial number.
