Can't store group settings (8240, GLM 3.1.0 Build 144)

Hello

I have two 8240s, GLM 3.1.0 Build 144 on macOS Sierra 10.12.6. All firmware updated.

I can no longer store group settings, when I try to I get the following error message:

Error 

Access violation at 000AF6FB, accessing address 0000019C.

and the monitors turn silent with leds blinking.

Hello,

I'm sorry to hear about the issue. What I first recommend to do is to delete old existing GLM from the computer, and then installing the GLM 3.1 again. Could you be kind and please contact us at service@genelec.com if it doesn't fix the issue.
