GLM Network Adapter + USB 3.0

Hello,

I need help with my GLM Network Adapter. I bought a new PC with windows10, which has USB 3.0 Hubs only. The managing software (GLM 3.0) don`t get the Adapter connected. It connects for 1 second and then the Adapter is offline.. This status changes every 2-3 seconds... connected.. offline.. connected... offline...

Does somebody has andy idea?
