Hi folks,

Then I was buying Genelec`s, there was no ISS system on the sub.

I`m thinking if I would make by myself a foot turn on/off switch for turning off a sub from power outlet does I damage a sub or the power switch on a sub makes the same job?

Thank you in advance.

King regards,

Mantas

Hi Mantas,

You can use as example extension cord that has a power switch to turn off the subwoofer, it will not harm the subwoofer or the monitors. Nowdays there is also remote controlled power sockets that you can control via remote controller, as example in picture below
