8010s make noise with specific interface

Hello everyone!
When my Genelec 8010APs are connected to the interface, they produce a loud background noise.

When I perform live, the output of my interface goes straight into a mixer without any audible noise.
So, as you would think right now, the problem should be imputed to the speakers BUT, I borrowed 2 interfaces from a friend and they didn’t output any noise.
Would it be a “bad relation” between this particular interface and the speakers? How can be explained?
Shoud I speak again with NI support team? They told me to ask to you.

I always plug the interface directly into USB ports.
There is no device between interface and speakers, connections are balanced.
I’ve tried to change USB ports and cables, signal cables and house (to check if would’ve been fault of my electricity network).
Output knob position doesn’t make difference.

Hello,

I would recommend to contact the manufacturer again. We have no information of any this kind of problems with 8010A, and I would suspect there is something wrong with the interface.

I have exactly the same issue with Zoom F8n used with Genelec 8010......Huge amount of Pink noise on Line Level. Using Normal -10dBV level together with -10dB sensitivity on the speaker side gives better results but still not acceptable.
