8050B treble mute stuck?

Hello. I have a pair of 8050B speakers purchased on 2015. Few days ago I noticed that other speaker is not producing high frequencies at all. I investigated a bit, tested with another audio source, tested with a different cable, etc. and ruled out the usual suspects. However, the issue remained. As the other speaker was working fine I did some comparison and the speaker behaves like treble mute would be turned on from the dip switches (it is not). Both elements "hum" and the bass works fine. If I add a bit of volume from the audio source, I can hear some low volume audio from the treble element. The other speaker without any issues behaves/sounds the same if I treble mute it.

I switched the dip switches on and off few times hoping it would resolve the issue, but no change.

I already ordered a new unit to replace the one with the issue, but the issue seems like something that could be (easily?) fixed. Any pointers where to start from? Have you ever experienced similar issue? Any troubleshooting actions I might have missed?

Edit: I just realized that I have the extended warranty still valid which would cover spare parts! Yayy

I wanted to follow up on this. I was in touch with Genelec and they resolved my issue very fast. I was not expecting anything less from Genelec, but still such a good customer service surprised me. This is why I buy and recommend Genelec-speakers, objective hifi based on science, audio precision and superb customer service. Humble thank you.
