Genelec 1030A issue: high frequency amplitude imbalance

I recently bought a pair of Genelec 1030A monitors. They're pretty scratched up but generally in not too bad shape.

One of the monitors, however, has significantly less high end output than the other. A frequency sweep reveals that everythink over 3kHz is very soft, however not completely gone. If I turn up the volume, I can still hear these higher frequencies, but compared to the other one, it hardly produces any.

Can this be a problem with the tweeter? of the amp? or maybe just the dip switches? The dipswitches do make a difference when flipping them on and off.

Hi There,

It would be good to have these monitors checked and calibrated in authorized Genelec service. Please find your nearest distributor from link below, and they can help you with this matter.
