8330 does not wakeup

My setup is: three 8330 and one 7350 controlled with GLM 3.1.1.
Sometimes, not always, maybe one of ten times, waking up the system by opening GLM one of the 8330 does not wake up, I had to plug off and on again the power cord. It is not always the same loudspeaker.

Any idea what could be happening?

Sorry for late reply. For future enquiries directly to Genelec support, please send e-mail to support@genelec.com and you will get the fastest reply.

We have not come across this kind of problem before, and our R&D will look into this further with testing.

Please also note that you have this feature set correctly at Setup|SAM System Power|Automatically Wake Up With GLM.

If there is any issue with this feature, you can also wake up the monitors from Setup|SAM System Power|Send Wake Up All, so in those cases you would not need to plug off the power cord.

Thank you for your reply. Since your answer it did not happen again. But I'm pretty sure that the 'Send Wake Up All' comand did not work in the case the speaker did not power on at stating GLM. I'll keep you informed, when it happens again.
