Do you have a showroom somewhere in Europe where I can listen to your large main monitors?

Thanks

maybe they have them on dsiplay in their factory. But usually you get them through a distributor.

I can go to my local shop, say what i want, give tham a big wad of money, they talk to distributor and can take anything home for a week in a big box.

Does that sound like an option, you have a store?

I have 1237 in vienna if your in the area after this blows over.

I'm curious about the 1237A.

How can I be in touch with you?

Nahw, I've been way too lazy.

Contact me on whatsapp if you like. 5500€ with GLM set was my idea for  price.

Anybody knows somebody with a leftover pair of 1034s?
That's what I've been looking for for 2 years with no luck.

Hi and sorry for my delayed response. I thought I would get an email when there is an answer on this forum.

I run the 1032c with the 7370 sub. Mainly I am listenting to classic music but also some jazz. The room is a approx 40 sqm + kitchen with celling between 2,60m and 4,50 m of high. Loudspeakerposition is close to the wall and sitting position around 3 to 4 m away from the speakers. Between the speakers there is approx. 2m to 2,5m.

As I had no opportunity to listen to the different main speakers when I decided to go with Genelec (which I will never regret) I was afraid everything bigger than the 1032C would be too big in the room (especially for my wife ;-)). But now I know (and she says) that a bigger system would be possible. A 1237, 1238 or 1238DF would fit in with no problem. Soundwise I would expect an even more grown up sound due to three way speakers. Or does this not make sense?

You wrote that for you the new 1237 sound is too harsh. Why do you not expect that problem with the 1234? As fare as I understand, the middle and treble woofers are always similar at the three ways speakers, of course with different amplification. Does the wave guide or the amp make this big difference in sound between the 1236 and the 1234?

Edit: Sorry, the last question was based on my error that you search for the 1234, but it is the 1034 you want :) However would be glad on a comment concerning 1237 versus 1032c
