Hi,
numerous reviews state, that 8351A monitors do have Class A/B amps for their tweeter / treble speaker. On the following site it says they are Class D though:

Does someone know what's actually inside?

Hello,

It is A/B, and now updated to the website. Thank you for pointing out!

Hello Jani,
thanks for your quick response.
Sorry for being picky, but the website now says, that bass and midrange amps are class AB as well.
I'm not sure if they aren't class D.

That is correct, let me get that fixed as well, thank you for pointing that out as well! :)

Genelec-designed Class D amplifiers for the bass and midrange drivers, and a discrete components Genelec-designed Class AB amplifier for the tweeter.
