Multiple inputs LFE & 8020 / F one

Hi!
I am about to upgrade and buy 8020 for my homestudio that’s in the same room as my home cinema. Due to limited desk space I would like to have 8010/ 8020, and maybe the F one subwoofer. I want to connect it to my reciever with LFE (single RCA) when watching movies, and 8020 when making music through my MOTU soundcard. I will turn of the 8020 when watching movies due to autodetect. Will  the subwoofer be “confused” and / or the cut audio frequencies etc, jumping between the two inputs?

Below is the info from the manual, maybe the question is already answered...:

“The F One has integrated bass manage- ment for the two output channels which directs frequencies below 85 Hz to the subwoofer and higher frequencies through the output connectors to the main loud- speakers. When using the subwoofer for the .1/LFE channel of a multichannel system, we recommend that bass management is done in the processor or receiver and only the LFE channel is connected to the subwoofer.”

all the best / Jens
