Storing parameters in 8320A & 8330A

Hello,

Since there are no dip switches on the above speakers I wonder what is stored in case of a power cut?

I noted that at least led light nor volume control is stored.

The SAM-speakers require the GLM kit to be fully usable since the software controls most of their audio settings. Stored are a few parameters you can change through GLMs groups settings.

Calibration data IS stored, so are all other important settings; Some just have their own UI when writing the settings - such as the LED state.

Sorry for the late reply, but that's just completely wrong. As I wrote before, all important settings - if not all settings - are stored in each individual component and the configuration survives lengthy periods without power.

Volume control is done either via the source, GLM in standalone mode (power via USB, no computer attached) or via GLM software. Startup and maximum levels (and individual adjustments to component levels) is specified separately and stored.
