I think the design of the battery compartment of 9101A should be redesigned.

It's too easy to break when replacing batteries.Even the one on the picture on China's official home page ,it is broken, too.

This kind of design is unnecessary. I mean the 4 corners for jamming the battery.

Because even if you change the battery from 2032 to 2025, it will work normally when the cover is closed.

What's more, change the battery from 2032 to 2025 ,Will make it  install make it easier to install batteries.

Thank you for your reply.

I got a new one from the store.  I took the battery out immediately. And then I found that it's also broken.

They are both new 6-button-model.

It seems that the new battery slot design only makes the contact pin not easy to be damaged together, when the plastic is broken.  But plastic parts break more easily, than the old model.

I think the material of plastic may be very weak.

The store told me that it could only be returned or replaced with a new one for the last time.I need the function of this remote control to turn off the speaker without the computer.  It's not their fault, it's not mine. The store and I ,we were confused.

I  just want to tell you team what happened to me. Thank you for reading my words.
