Odd (wired) volume knob behavior.

Pair of 8341's. Clean install of Windows 10. Clean install of latest (non beta) GLM.

Start computer: Volume knob works.

Open GLM application: Volume knob works.

Close GLM: Volume knob no longer works (until I open GLM again and leave open).

This is not what happens on my other computer (Windows 7). The volume knob always works. Is there some setting I've missed? Or???? Thank you.

Hmm, that's how it's always been with my Win7 and Macs too... Start the GLM software and it's game over without it, until one power cycles the GLM hub.
Solution? After initially setting up the system, I just power the GLM brain via an USB charger. Kind of miss the level meter though.

That's interesting, janne-koo. This is my first time using GLM on Windows 10. Previously I have always used it on Windows 7, and the volume knob would work regardless of whether I had GLM open or closed. I've reached out to support and they are looking into it, so I feel that if it was normal behavior they would have just said that instead of asking me about "usb selective suspend settings', usb port, etc. I tried the new GLM beta 4 and have the same (not working) results. . . but the new graphics are gorgeous!
