Can't complete calibration with subwoofer

I have a 2.1 setup that consists of two 8250's and a 7270 subwoofer, using AES. Now after a fresh install of Windows 10 and the latest GLM -software (3.2.0) I am unable to complete the calibration with the subwoofer active in GLM. I can calibrate the speakers just fine, but whenever I add the subwoofer into the calibration, it starts to loop the subwoofer calibration sound. In the end GLM just crashes when I move the mouse and won't respond so I have to force shut down from the task manager. I've tried the GLM4.0 beta version but it has the same problem. I've tried with and without Cloud Autocal, no change. I also contacted customer service by email but haven't yet received a reply so I'm hoping someone here could help. I can't remember what specific version of GLM 3.0 I was using prior to this (it's been almost a year since I installed it), but is there any chance I could get one of the older versions to try out?

(file/link removed)

I guess they won't mind, since other previous releases are available... Quite frankly, I've found 3.1.1 to be the best GLM version (given the hardware support covers the need). GLM 4 should leave it in the dust, but not quite yet...
I won't keep that file available for very long though, let me know when you have it and how it went.

Also check your GLM network cabling. (Just a feeling.)

3.1.1 works flawlessly. Didn't check any of the cables though no problems whatsoever. Kiitos!

Well I'll be... Even with my version preference, I didn't expect that result... Glad to help!

Genelec would be well advised to include 3.1.1 as a downloadable previous release - on both platforms.
