(8331 vs 8341) + sub?

Hi,

I need help figuring out which set of monitors to get for 16f x 10f x 10f room size.

8331 or 8341? Does 8331 have any drawbacks when compares to 8341 besides SPL and frequency range? I have a dilemma where I want to get 8341 (and a 7350 in a distant future) or I can get 8331 with 7360 sub but I'm concerned about getting 8331 model as it reminds me of a 8010a of 8000 series, alternately 8331 is an entry model of The Ones series. Also, not sure if I need a sub. I used to have KRK v12s II (220w) classic sub and VXT8 (180w per speaker) and loved it. Never had Genes though. Also, worth mentioning, most of the time I'm listening at around 50db.

Thanks

I think I'd recommend the bigger ones.

We should usually get the biggest tops possible.

And while this series of speaker really puts alot into a small cabinet, i'd still want some weight for my money.

If you're doing subs, you'll want 2x 7350 and keep the bass stereo.

And usually I don't just give the most expensive advice.

If u're using them for pleasure, not work AND you're sitting >2m away:

See if u can find used Genelec 1037, 1038, 1034, iterations B or C. Thank me later ;-)
