I purchased Genelec 8040b for my home studio and need advice about XLR cables. which of them are the best option , quad balanced? For example : quad balanced Mogami wire  with Neutrik XLR plugs?

Mogami is a very good choice.
The Quad Balanced is probably not for you, is good for noisy environments, but adds capacitance on very long runs.
Standard Mogami 2549 should be better suited, or Sommer Albedo if you really wanna exaggerate.
And yes, Neutrik if you make them yourself.
