What does an orange LED mean? 8250a

Hi there, can anyone tell me what a static orange LED means on the front of the speaker?  Usually, the LEDs are green.

A couple of days ago one of my 8250as displayed an orange LED instead of green, and now doesn't make a sound.  It goes straight to orange when powering on, regardless of whether anything is plugged into the speaker or not.  I'm not getting any sound via AES/EBU, or from an analogue signal via the analogue input.

My setup is 2x 8250a and a 7270a sub, fed with AES/EBU from SSL converters.  I haven't touched the back of the speakers (or altered the stored GLM setting) in a long time.

Is orange indicative of a particular fault?

Thanks!
