Correct settings for "Sparta Binauralizer" using "Aural ID"

Hello.

I am using Aural ID for multichannel monitoring via Sparta Binauralizer.

In most recent version of the plugin there are two modes for the "Interp. Mode" option.

See attached screenshot for description.

Can someone clarify it for me plz what mode should I use to get most accurate result from my Aural Id?

Given the input 5.1 source I am currently working with, these interpolation options   produce very obvious difference in binauralized output.

I don't know which mode should I trust more.

I am asking this here because this plugin used in Aural Id manual as an example.

Hello,

We have been using and testing “Triangular” setting and not had any problems. So we can say that we know that Aural ID works in “Triangular” mode and that it is worth contacting the developer of the plugin regarding the differences between the two modes if required.

Thanks for reply! After some comparison of the binaural monitoring with monitoring in real multi-channel environment I can confirm that with the 'Triangular' mode my aural id sounds much more comparable to real space.
