F One subwoofer too silent

Problem: F one subwoofer is quite silent. I can’t hear anything unless put my ear on it. Any hints? Setup: Yamaha WXC-50 - optical - F One - RCA - 2x G ones. Yamaha’s equalizer is bass: full, others 1/4. Subwoofer’s potentiometer is in “10”.

Have you selected the the Optical OUT on the Yamaha? If yes, then, I see on the Yamaha there is a little selector, next to OPT OUT with the options: PRE OUT & PRE AMP. Select PRE AMP.

If none of the above is working, try to connect Yamaha & Genelec with COAXIAL (still, select PRE AMP). In this way you may have a problem with the optical cable.

Thanks, actually solved problem connecting speakers to Yamaha and subwoofer to subwoofer output. That way I can adjust subwoofer level. I thought this subwoofer output is not for active speakers but it is!
