G/F1 setup with Sony android TV

I have tried different setups with these active speakers, separately and input via F sub to G1's which is of course preferred. Analog output from TV, since dont have D/A converter to optical yet. There is a problem with speakers waking up every now and then, which is annoying.. Tried also G1 ones w/o sub in same TV, works perfect. Also sub only with same TV, no problem. But together, can't understand..

After having time to check different setups, found the reason. F1 3,5mm jack input is faulty. Every connection to 3,5mm input, even with 3,5mm adapter only without cable creates humming noise. No problem with RCA's input combined together with output to G1's as the way hoped to be. Newer TV's though seem not to have RCA's output anymore, and the next plan is to have good DAC in between of my Genelec's after replacement of faulty F1. Any good suggestions for DAC?

Thanks, I have read reviews and this is one of top options. Comes though without remote control, which would be nicely appreciated. I wonder why any manufacturers have not considered medium-priced DA's with remote for active speakers acting as non-amplifier but similar for good quality sound?
