Hello I was wondering if its normal that my Monitors turn on as soon as I switch on my Voltage regulator? Is that the ISS Function ?

Hi,

Yes it is typical as the ISS circuit also activates if there is a sudden change in the mains voltage. No need to worry about it.

ISS activates when it detects audio signal but sometimes a strong interference in the electrical signal can trigger it too. You should test and unplug the signal cables from the monitors. If they now go to standby mode, you know there is lots on noise in the audio signal which keeps them awake.
