Sound control strange with 8030B

I have bought Two Genelec 8030B, two weeks ago.
Genelc 8030B are connected ( XLR) to a Dac Cambridge Magic Plus and the DAC to my Mac with USB.
With the Mac I use Itunes and Audivarna +.
But something is stange If I want to have a good sound picture, I have to set the volume different on each 8030.
The left one has to be more 30% plus as the the right one.
I tried to change different thing:
Change the position speakers
Less DAC
Change Right to left
No use Audivarna +
Changing power cables
But is always the same thing
For a good sound the power level is absolutly different on each speakers.
Is it normal or something is wrong ?
best regards

Hi,

Did you physically swap/change the speaker position from left to right and right to left? If that is the case, then the problem must be related to the input signal or the acoustics, meaning that the acoustical environment is not the same between speakers and is causing different reflections etc.

Please also check that the volume control knobs on the front panel and DIP switch settings on the back are all set identically.
