No Response from Customer Service??

Not sure if it is just me but I have been waiting for months after submitting 3 separate service inquiries here in the USA.
I am in NYC and have talked to others who have said Genelec is notoriously absent from customer service and it is hit or miss in the US.
I guess my question is am I missing something? I called the customer service who directs you to submit the online form that never responds. Honestly I love the speakers and subs. I have a 2.1 and a 5.1 system in our studio and post rooms but I think when it comes to the next purchase I would have to say I am moving away from Genelec due to lack of customer service and inability for most local techs to handle repairs based on Genelecs policy.

Is there a direct line or email for North East USA service repairs? Is there an authorized service tech I can use near New York?
