Hello! I have Genelec 8050a 1 piece. It is possible to buy 1 piece 1032a. Tell me please, whether use is possible in a stereo pair of 8050 and 1032? what problems can arise when using multiple monitors in stereo? "Quality" of sound (eg Panorama) in the case of 8050 + 1032 will be better or worse than 8050 + 8050? I ask forgiveness for my English - Google translator helps)

Hello there,

It is not recommended to use different loudspeaker models as a stereo pair. Identical loudspeaker models should be always used. If you now have 8050, you should get another 8050 for its pair. :)

Because stereo music needs two identical speakers. 8050 and 1032 are not identical at all, they have different frequency response, directivity, power response, distortion etc etc. You will not get good stereo image with two different speakers, please understand this.

there was a similar question - has 2x8030a, I plan to buy 2 different subwoofer - options: F2+7050b or F2+1092 or 7050b+1092 - two identical subwoofer no opportunity to buy. Can I use two different subwoofers for 2x8030a? or is it the same story as the 8050 + 1032?

It is the same problem as with speakers. It is not recommended to use two different subwoofers because they do not perform the same and the combined frequency response etc etc won't be good. You need to have two identical spekaers, subwoofers etc :)

They are quite close but not identical. I wouldn't recommend using them as a pair in the same system.
