1031a Tweeter

Hi there, just received the new tweeter with DCW plate. The model is 25 Tafd/g h919. This tweeter together with DCW plate is designed for 1031a.
It was already sealed/connected to DCW plate, so I guess it is the original since everything is brand new.

Since this model is not the same as the ones instaled in my Genelecs 1031a and I cannot find it on Seas website, is this tweeter designed for Genelec only?

The tweeters in my 1031a are 25 TAF/G ( H 398). I have older model of Genelecs 1031a. Is it fine to replace the mentioned h398 tweeter with the new one h919? I will only replace one tweeter. Will they work fine in pair h398/h919?

I just googled the tweeetr by the Genelec spare part official code/number and by the picture of the spare part tweeter, it looks the same as mine spare tweeter. So this should be original spare tweter for 1031a.

Hi,

The current identification code is H1124 but there has been many versions during the long lifespan of that model. I don't have detailed information about those old models but they should be interchangeable.
