9310am Volume problem

Hi,

I just received my 9310am Volume controller. It moves the volume indicator in the GLM2 software but the output volume in the room does not change.

I unplugged the 9310am and the volume knob graphic changes to a slider. If i move the slider with the mouse, there is still no physical volume change from the speakers.

The mute, dim, and the preset volume buttons all work fine.

Ive reinstalled the GLM2 software but its still the same (running 2.06)

Any ideas?

Matt

Hi Matt,

Can you send your GLM setup file to SAM@genelec.com so that we can check it?

Thank you!

I've just emailed the setup folder.

The setup files were created with the beta of 2.06 so maybe that has something to do with it? Maybe i should try re setting up and calibrating with the latest version.
