Hello, I am new here, hoping someone can help me, I bought a new pair of g8240, and now I have the problem that suddenly one of my speakers drops at very low volume, I have read everything from manual and all of the information, there is a fix for this?, Thanks

Hi,

That does not sound like normal operation. Do you have any other information about the system? Are you using analogue or digital input?

Hello, thanks for your answer, I am using analog input, however now one monitor have a very low volume I dont know what to do, all the setting in the back og the speaker are set by the default and are the same for both

Are you using the GLM to control the speakers? Where are you located?
