TASCAM CD-RW901MKII is good AES solution or not?

Do you think that the TASCAM CD-RW901MKII could provide this solution?

I want to connect the AES out of 901 to Genelec 8330x2+7350 with 2.0 PCM digital signal.

There is the internal CD player.

And then, connect the DVD unbalanced coaxial RCA to 901; connect analogy RCA to 901......

Use the 901 signal selection to choose the input.

The 901 is cheaper than TASCAM DA3000.

Could you help me to confirm it? Or any advices? Thanks.

Hi,

I have no personal experience about this device but looking at the specifications, it seems to work just as you described.
