Alternatively, if you wish to engage in a community discussion with other people, there are many active forums available. There is also an active, fan managed GENELEC COMMUNITY in Facebook, and many Genelec employees are active in the discussions there.

We are sorry for any possible inconvenience this may cause you, but we hope to hear from you through the other channels mentioned above.

I bought new 8020 CPM. On one 8020 grille that protects the tweeter installed a little crooked. On the grid in a circle, there are traces of glue. Is it a manufacturing defect or as it should be?

Hi,

The grille is attached with glue so I am suspecting it's all normal, but can you post a picture of it for me to see it?

Thanks! There seems to be an issue with the grille placement, it seems to be misplaced so that the lower right (on the picture) edge has been popped out of the small groove where it should sit nicely. I would contact your local distributor for more information: http://www.genelec.com/shop/distributors-network/
