hello and help ..
I received this morning two 8020C monitors .. gift from my brother who lives in the USA
but .. I am in France ... and soon I have connected my two 8020C on the french power grid .. which is 220 V ... but it turns out that the 8020C are American and therefore they have not enjoyed the 220 ​​V ... saw that they are designed for the 110 V ...
WHAT to do? then send my two Genelecs directements to the factory for repair? Finland..?
please help me !

Hi,

Your speakers need to repaired and for that you should contact our distributor in France. After you have had them repaired, you should purchase a step-down transformer (220V to 110V) with at least 300VA rating.
