G Series comparable to 80X0 soundwise?

Hello Folks,
planning one of the Gs for my notebook and wondering whether or not the Gs are sounding or better saying not sounding but same like the 80X0s? That's what I would expect but ie in the Adam AX series, the A5X and A8X are not that close considering they are both from the same family. Just before trying out a G, grateful for an indication.

Hi,

There is more difference between each model in the same range, for example G Three and G Four, than between two series, for example G Three and 8030. So the answer to your question is yes, G series is very comparable to 80X0 sound wise.

Hello Ilkka,
seems you are the one keeping this forum alive ;)

However and a bit off topic, since I have the 8050B I spend every minute I can in front
of those. Amazing listening experiences I've never made with other brands.

Thanks for the clarification below. Definetely I go for a G, the Two at this stage.
