Hi

Does anyone know whether the GLM can be used with S30D?

Can the S30D take full advantage of the GLM same as their newer versions (i.e. 8200 series) or is there any limitation?

Hi,

No, the GLM and AutoCal need a separate DSP board inside the speaker which can't be added inside an S30D.

Hi,

i don't know if it's a good match, but couldn't the S30D be connected to a SE7261 Subwoofer with GLM, as all DSP-processing takes place in the sub?

Best regards,

Hi,

Yes, it is possible to use an S30D with an SE7261A subwoofer. Although it is not a documented feature, it can be connected that way.
