Strange GLM AutoCal Problem

Hello Forum

I just installed my system and i have a strange problem when using AutoCal. The speaker network is online and working properly during the initial GLM setup procedure, and the autocal setup accepts my mic-serial number. However when i press the "p" to start the calibration the text "input calibration" shows then nothing more. After waiting for several minutes a popup window informs me that i lost connection to the network.

i downloaded the newest version of GLM, did several Reboots, used different USB ports etc. The problem persists.

Anyone else had the same problem and solved it ?

Been abroad for a while but back in the studio and ready to try to get this system working.

Followed all the steps in the thread but the calibration still does not work. Seems like the CoreAudio driver crashes during the calibration procedure. Sometimes the network gets lost during calibration as well.

Will keep on working on this problem but could really use some suggestions on what to do.

Hi,

1. Can you manually delete DSP folder from the ~/Library/Application Support/Genelec (user's home library). This assures that the needed parts are definitely updated. Of course you should update to v1.4.1 after this.
2. Can you check which version of the X11 you have? You can find it from /Applications/Utilities, and you can see its version by pushing Control + click X11 icon and select Get Into.
