Bass Tilit/Rolloff with Flushmount Kit

Hello. I posted a reply to a similar topic, but I figured that a new thread may be appropriate. I have installed my 8040As in Genelec flushmount kits in my newly constructed mixing/mastering room, and am wondering what the optimal bas tilt and/or rolloff settings would be for this typeof installation, as they seem a tad too bass heavy set on flat as I have them now.

Thanks!

OK, I think I have it, second (from left) bass tilt switch up, nothing else. Sounds very good. Thanks.

Hi Steve,

-6 dB bass tilt would be the suggested setting, but -4 dB can sometimes sound better as it gives you a little bit more bass.
