Adjusting 1030A & 1092A

Hi there,
i am using a pair 1030 together with a 1092 sub and i have problems andjusting the input sesitivity.
The 1030 are placed against the front wall and the 1092 is in the middle of them.

I tried so many configurations, but all my recordings have a "peak" somewhere around 32 - 40 hz!!!

My actual config is:
1030: input sensitivity: +4, Bass Tilt: -4
1092: input sensitivity: +4, Phase: 180

I tried to change phase and input sens, but i'm not sure how to match die 1030 and the 1092.

Can anyone help me please!!!

Thx

Hello,

Thanks for your post and question. The first step, before calibrating your system, is to place all loudspeakers and subwoofer correctly in the room. With the limited information you provide about your room layout, it is difficult to provide further guidelines and detailed advices.

So, to start, I would suggest that you read and follow the explanations given in our Quick Setup Guides and Operating manuals about speaker placement and typical calibration settings.

You can find all such documents in the following pages:

1030A:
http://www.genelec.com/products/previous-models/1030a/

1092A:

Let us know how it went!
Best regards,
