Genelec 1030A Subwoofer

Hi Genelec community,

Well i have been using my Genelec 1030A studio monitors for well over a decade now and still super glad with them.

I have been thinking about getting a Genelec subwoofer to go with them for years and now i thought its the right time to take this step.

My only concern is how will i connect the subwoofer in a way that it is not always on while using my monitors.

I would like to have my monitors play on there own and at times when i need to reference the low end i switch on or turn up the volume of the sub.

Is this possible? : ]

Also, whish subwoofer will go with my 1030A monitors.

Hi!

Your best option is to use the new 7360A subwoofer, that you can control with your computer using the GLM software. This way you can by-pass the subwoofer when needed.
