Badly painted genelec 8030

Hi!

I recently bought a pair of genelec 8030 monitors (used). I knew condition was rough from the pictures and sellers description, but he assured me that sound quality was not affected. But after receiving the speakers i noticed that the tweeter grill holes were covered by paint. 1/4 on one side and little less on the other side. Treble is definetly more muffled on the worse side but im worried that the "better" side is affected too because i can see paint residue on the tweeters.

Sorry for the long and bad explantion but my question is:

How sensitive are the tweeters? Do they need to be replaced and can they be replaced?

Regards

Jimmy
